Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: [DATE — CLIENT TO SUPPLY AT LAUNCH]
Our position
We do not sell personal data for money or other valuable consideration, and we do not share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use profiling to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Because we do not do these things, there is nothing here you need to opt out of. This page exists so you can confirm that, and so you have a clear way to reach us anyway.
What we do with the information you give us
We use it to answer your question, to schedule a conversation you asked for, and to keep the records a licensed insurance producer is required to keep. If you choose to apply for coverage, information from that application goes to the insurance carrier and any applicable marketing organization for underwriting and servicing — that is a necessary part of issuing a policy, not a sale of your data.
Submit a request
To opt out, or to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, email radlife.rdevarakonda@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request,” or call 203 554 5548. Include your name, the email address or phone number you used to contact us, and what you would like us to do.
We verify your identity using information already in our records and do not request extra sensitive information to do so. We respond within 45 days, with one permitted 45-day extension where reasonably necessary. Requests are free.
Authorized agents and browser signals
You may use an authorized agent with written permission. We also honor recognized universal opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, sent by your browser.
Appeals
If we decline a request, you may appeal in writing to the same contact address. We respond within 45 days. If the appeal is denied, Oregon residents may complain to the Oregon Department of Justice at oregonconsumer.gov.
