Accessibility Statement
Last updated: [DATE — CLIENT TO SUPPLY AT LAUNCH]
Our commitment
This site is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Many of the people who read this site are over sixty, reading on a phone, or reading in a second language, and accessibility is treated as a requirement rather than a feature.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with a single, correct heading structure on every page.
- Body text set at 18 pixels or larger, with generous line spacing.
- A minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text against its background.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on every interactive element.
- Full keyboard navigation, including a skip-to-main-content link.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images.
- Form fields with persistent visible labels, not placeholder-only labels.
- Touch targets sized for comfortable use on a phone.
- Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide.
- Motion limited to gentle transitions, with no flashing or auto-playing content.
Known limitations
Third-party components such as the scheduling embed are not fully under our control. If a third-party feature creates a barrier for you, contact us and we will complete the same task with you by phone or email.
Report a barrier
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us. Contact203 554 5548 or radlife.rdevarakonda@gmail.com and describe the page and the problem. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to provide the information you need in an accessible format — large print, plain text, or read aloud over the phone — while we work on a fix.
Alternative ways to get help
Anything available on this site is available by phone. No one has to use the website to reach us, ask a question, or schedule a conversation.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is reviewed as part of every content update, and feedback from readers is the most useful input we get.
